Sigh. My WGAC order is a shambles! First I got an email from them back in November inviting me to purchase a Christmas themed toilet paper and I agreed and ordered it. Then I heard nothing for a while. When I enquired about it they said they'd run out. They billed and reimbursed me twice. I said I'm going to run out of toilet paper soon, so just send the regular stuff, and can I add some boxes of tissues and kitchen towel rolls as well. No problem, the items will likely be shipped separately. I got the kitchen towel rolls and boxes of tissues within a couple of days. No toilet paper. My WGAC account says the TP order has been "fulfilled." Understanding that there are delays with things this time of year, I reached out to customer service after a week and a bit, where's my toilet paper? They hadn't given me a tracking number for me to see for myself where it'd gone. They didn't know what happened, but said they'd just ship a new order of toilet paper while they investigated what happened to the other order. No problem. I check what's shipping and it's boxes of tissues and kitchen towel rolls, not toilet paper! I email them. Nothing. I email them again. In the meantime I'm getting "your order has been processed," "your order has been packed," "your order is onboard for delivery," "your delivery has been delayed" messages from ANC. I get an email from WGAC this morning saying someone will be in touch with me as soon as they can. Over the weekend I had to buy toilet paper from the supermarket (Aldi. Pretty good actually). I have just been delivered 2 more boxes, of boxes of tissues and kitchen towel rolls! At this point they can just reimburse me the $14 difference in price and I'll just delete my account. Found out their TP is made in China anyway.
