One of our pups has cancer, and as of the last few days they've stopped being excited about food. He was still eating, but slowly and without the normal scarfing it down. This morning he only nibbled at it. I think this weekend might be his last :( Feels bad man.

On the plus side... euthanasia is an option. They don't need to be kept alive and in pain like we do with people. And they aren't having some existential crisis about what happens next so there's less theological excuses to keep them alive just for the sake of not being on the other side or whatever.

Its definitely better to say goodbye too early than too late. Still sucks arse though.
