Me too! I'm not really a movie fan, but I've been in the cinemas alone twice.
I like going to the cinema alone. I don't have to overthink if gusto ng kasama ko yung movie hahaha. Tsaka mas enjoy ko yung movie, same with eating alone. But I'm a loner so ๐คท

Ako naman gusto ko kasi talagang panoorin yung movie. Both times, at the last minute, nagbago ng gustong panoorin yung mga kasama ko tapos wala na ko mahila para makasama.
I enjoy eating alone too. Mabagal kasi akong kumain. Nakakapressure ngumuya kapag may kasama kang mabilis kumain.

Also, yeah, I've had experienced na may tumabi sa akin nung nanood akong mag-isa ng sine (this was mid 2000's, circa 2004~2006)--sa may Cubao. I was so innocent back then, lol! They generally wouldn't mind if you tell them you're not into that kind of thing, I think?
Why do I feel like I'm incriminating myself telling this story? HAHAHAHAHAH!
Me spending PHP600+ on a Large Format or IMAX cinema:
Of course, depende sa movie kung ginawa gamit large format o IMAX camera. Kung hindi naka-IMAX o large format, panoorin na lang sa regular 2D.
And been watching movies in theater alone since 2017. Sometimes ako o 2-3 audiences sa loob. Around February this year after watching Babylon, may couple na naguusap na sana ganito palagi para walang sagabal, at tatlo lang kami nun. That movie was exhausting and exciting at the same time, three hours well spent.
Eh yung huli kong ala-ala ng presyo ng sine eh nasa โฑ200 lang.

When was the last time you went to the cinemas? The last time I went to the cinemas was Raimi's 1st Spider-Man, with my mom and younger brother. lmao!
It might be more than a decade ago at this point. Circa 2004, I think. I remember being in some mall (SM Megamall ata ito), and took a quick peek at the cinemas only to be disgusted at how expensive it is. Kasi at that point, I was expecting it to be โฑ75 ๐คฃ
Ang naging ending ata, since I wasn't looking to watch any movie in particular anyways, I just left and did something else.
