Since it took me a second as well, i thought, i'd better share this with you:

If you want to see a bigger version of an image, you don't need to open the thread (in fact it wouldn't even help).

Just click on the small tile with the image and a bigger version will appear.

Also, if you're on Firefox and on a desktop, I can very much recommend the extension Imagus (presumably, Chrome has similar extensions), both in general and specifically here, because with it, you don't even need to click to see what's disappointingly basically just a slightly larger version of the thumbnail, but you can mouse-hover over the tile and the image will pop-up full-size and full-glory!

Just THINK of all the energy you could be saving RIGHT NOW, simply by NOT CLICKING!
