While I can empathize with this, I wonder why they don't just ask for ungendered school fashion altogether? Just provide one standard outfit for everyone, that's it.

I'm not a fan of school uniforms to be honest, but the point people usually put forward is that they reduce financial discrimination. Why not do the same for gender discrimination by having only one outfit for all?
