De rechtsstaat is zo ingekleed dat die juist bescherming biedt aan minderheidsgroepen.

Je zegt dit alsof het vanzelfsprekend is, maar volgens mij klopt het helemaal niet. Ik zie vooral partijen ontstaan als afsplitsing of samenvoeging van bestaande partijen.
