As I've gotten older I've learned to appreciate dark chocolate a lot more although I still have my limits. Anything over 70% is still a bit too bitter for me. I'm currently enjoying this Aldi Organic Dark Salted chocolate. https://www.aldi.com.au/en/groceries/pantry/chocolate/chocolate-detail/ps/p/just-organic-dark-chocolate-with-sea-salt-100g/

I’m a 75-85 person. Have tried 100, it’s straight to the mole bin.

Ive tried 95 and 100.

So bitter is almost tastes like dirt.

70 or 80 is the sweet spot for me.

These Choceur Liviano from Aldi are a rip off of Kinder Bueno.
