As I've gotten older I've learned to appreciate dark chocolate a lot more although I still have my limits. Anything over 70% is still a bit too bitter for me. I’m a 75-85 person. Have tried 100, it’s straight to the mole bin.
100%? Omg that would be soooo bitter.
Ive tried 95 and 100.
So bitter is almost tastes like dirt.
70 or 80 is the sweet spot for me.
But that dirt is magic in mole. Use it carefully it’s effing good.
Oooh yeah.just too far for me, but as an ingredient fanoulous.
These Choceur Liviano from Aldi are a rip off of Kinder Bueno.
Might give em a crack next time I do shopping.
