Had a fam dinner last night and my daughter's granma was there .
I didn't let gran eat off my plate ๐๐๐ and the evening went down hill from there. Again.
Wait. An adult person wanted to get something off your plate (also an adult person), you rightfully refused, and this caused problems?
Gran needs a lesson on entitlement and table etiquette.
She calls it sharing. She also wants to choose what I order and says it to share , and gets miffed if I order something for myself she doesn't want. ๐
Sheโs nuts, and very entitled. Can you order something you like that she doesnโt?
E: just realised you mentioned she gets miffedโฆ hope you donโt have to see this person too often
I'm feeling a lot of 2nd hand rage here. I suppose her ordering what she wants is out of the question?
โIโm feeling a lot of 2nd hand rage hereโ
Oh, me tooโฆ
she hates me, always has. She is angry that I won't go away and that other fam members like me
She gets to order for herself what she wants
Did you fork her?
No. She expected me to put my plate in the middle of the table, so she could have access, I had it front of me.
How dare you expect to eat your meal on your own. Shame on you. ๐
she spent the rest of the evening provoking me
