Got beaten pretty badly by a counselor at Jesus camp, lost my faith. Decided that I was just a sinner but would return one day. Kept seeing more and more evidence against it being true. Decided I would ignore the issue. Heard Jeff Sessions explain how he was allowed to throw children into a concentration camp because of the bible. Decided that the question was not academic, that if I believed or not had to be faced and dealt with.
