Edit - I'm not saying either is true, I don't care about or use Twitter. If it makes you this upset I recommend you do the same.
You'll find that right wing lunatics are perfectly capable of being both virulently anti-Semitic and dogmatically pro-Israel, especially when being pro-Israel means either fulfilling some prophecy or other from Revelations, or promoting violence against Muslims. The cognitive dissonance of hating Jews while supporting a Jewish ethnostate is secondary to those other things.
They think it works like positive and negative charges. Where if they support Israel's genocide then it cancels out all the antisemitic bullshit they've spewed.
Elon literally supported a Tweet that said Jews were going to destroy white people.

You can probably find a lot of anti semitic stuff on there. Hell Elon was posting some the other day. But that doesn't mean you aren't going to find anti Arab / anti muslim shit, or specifically this pro zionist garbage. Remember, there's a lot of pro zionists who are also white supremacists.
