I don't really have a target weight exactly, I'm more interested in improving my running speed. I used to run 10km every day at lunch time, but after a road accident in 2019, I put on weight and now can only manage 7.5km before I need to get back to the office.

I'd like to be 78kg, I guess. For my height, the "healthy" BMI range is 58-78kg. I weighed in at 85.9 this morning, starting at 90 at the beginning of this diet.

But I'm not really fixating on the weight as much as the effect less weight has on my running speed. I used to be able to run 10km in around 45 minutes. I'm about 7-8 minutes off that pace at the moment.
