A hundred-garlic lamb roast is now safely ensconced in the crock pot for tonight. Only 5 hours to endure the fragrance wafting through the house, and the neighborhood.

About 3 heads worth. Maybe not eggsackly 100 ... The recipe is adapted from the hundred garlic chicken one.
