I'm no expert, but have you tried any natural remedies? Like drinking chamomile tea or Arepa, which can reduce your anxiety? Manuka tea (with kawakawa for a nice bonus) is also know for its anxiolytic (anxiety reducing) effects. Meditation also helps, at least in my limited experience.
