I've been playing alot of blades and sorcery and job simulator on my quest I could do with some game recommendations

I don't know. It made me queasy too at first, but for me it was just a matter of getting my VR legs. I used Aircar to get more used to motions that made me motion sick. Didn't take long before Dirt Rally was no problem (although sometimes the replays get me).
