My conundrum is always that I either have the time, or the money to do something, almost never do I have both.

If I have time, I'm likely unemployed and any money I have needs to be saved so that I can continue to live until I can find employment. If I have the money, it's likely because I'm working constantly and have no time to spend on doing things.

Unless I get some kind of winfall of money, this will always be true.
