Yes. I was actively trying to get gaming on Linux. I’m currently stuck on finding out how the fans work and how I can cap the framerate. Until either one is solved, I’m stuck on Windows, because throwing out 550 fps with fans that don’t really care about fanning is not something I’m willing to do.

Have you tried Nvidia-settings (should have fan controls and screen refresh rates)

Unless I’m the dumbest person alive, nvidia-settings doesn’t have these settings for me. It only shows lots of data, but has hardly any configuration options.

I believe fan controls can be set under GPU N/Thermal Settings while the screen refresh rate is hidden somewhere under X Screen N
