Friendly reminder: violence is always a solution, but optimally you shouldn't exert too much force, on already strained sinews.
So do this: Pull on the finger. Lightly do so and you will feel the joint-parts separate. And eventually the sinew should jump over.
Let it pass over the joint, without the pain than normally follows, when having one stuck.
Still don't overdo it.
