What are good web hosting services for a social community platform? should I use AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Something else? (Needs to be budget friendly) (kbin.social)

Those are cloud providers, but a hosting provider doesn't have to be a cloud provider. I like https://www.namecheap.com/hosting/
