They've been very cagey about their reasons, so naturally the comments are split between making the worst/most hilarious assumptions, making jokes, and actual helpful advice.

They did have a toilet behind a small curtain and they would play music while it was being used. They were encouraged to use it as little as possible. So, yeah, OP could be making a joke about that.
Or it's someone going on a camping trip who doesn't want/can't use public toilets.
