I wouldn't have found this site if not for a post on reddit. If nobody talks about it elsewhere nobody will find it. Anyway I was mostly just commenting and trying to correct people who were trying to make lemmy and kbin seem really hard to use.

Specially when you mention Sync for Lemmy or Artemis for kbin/Lemmy

Even made this quick summary of everything going on reddit to copy/paste on any relevant thread; seems to be quite effective. Feel free to use it.

Yeah the operator of the instance I made an account on shared that their instance is open to signups on a random reddit thread about one of the apps potentially shutting down so I decided to take the leap then. I've found myself on Mastodon now too!
