It's inside someone's farm, so it's a private property and government can't build any structure on it, it's the farm owner's responsibilty for that. Besides, before this incident there's no law governing farm's safety infrastructure regarding campsite.
They launched the investigation to determine whether it's the land clearing activity nearby that caused the landslide
