This is what they do, remember when they claimed there was a case in Alice Springs and then did not report anything to the police when they asked about it.......
Howard's Northern Territory Intervention was based on the same idea. It's nothing new and seems to just be the go to strategy for conservatives. It falls into the wider spectrum of racist dog whistling.
