How is it impossible? They have massive amounts of rockets and mortars. They are more the man capable. But the only reason you don’t learn about this, is that the iron dome is destroying them before impact

Because rockets and mortars aren't capable of clustering their explosions like you can with bombs and missiles?

Cluster munitions =!= carpet bombing.

Carpet bombing is the saturation of an area with explosives. You can use multiple rockets/bombs/etc including but not limited to cluster munitions
