The majority of the reason: they are willing to work with the west.

Look at Saudi Arabia: Russia invaded Ukraine last year and cut gas exports to the west, claiming that Germans would freeze. What did Saudi Arabia do? They cut oil production and further drove up prices. Not only does that help Russia finance their invasion of Ukraine, it also made the German transition away from Russian gas more painful.

Israel is willing to work with the west, others aren't, therefore the west is willing to work with Israel.
