Even if it's not expensive, Is there a high quality item every serious enthusiast owns?

Or maybe it's a highly prized holy grail item you'd give your right arm for.

Is there something you've had an eye on for a while and you're just waiting for an excuse to treat yourself?

A 1971 San Juan 21. Third year of ownership, first year getting involved in the club racing scene.

Lovely and what a blast. Racing/Regattas are so much fun. I grew up with a tiny c scow and we got to race it a few times. Not the same class of vessel at all, but I’ve never lost my love of sailing. There’s nothing quite like it.
