Ok I'll put this another way, the mental health of both men and women is compromised by sexism. Women are underdiagnosed with neural diversity like autism and adhd and disproportionately diagnosed with mood disorders. The prevalence of "men dont cry or show emotion/weakness" sexism results in men not seeking or receiving the care and support needed.
But sure, lets all pretend the system is fine and not broken from every direction.
