I think I would pick Japanese. There's just so much variety I find and I already eat mostly Asian food as it is.

French. My life would indubitably be shorter from all the cheese and wine and butter, but I'd go out on a high note.

Italian would be similar, but more tomatoes, pizza, and pasta.

I think the carbs alone would be just too much for me. I do love Italian though.
