No Sainz, Hamilton & Verstappen on the list
Hamilton quite clearly breached track limits. Carlos gets a pass.
Two of those aren't like the other.
Sainz didnโt start due to a problem in his car. Hamilton beached in the very first turn in the first lap itself. Not sure about verstappen but I wouldnโt put past him that he drove in a perfect manner. The synergy between him and his car is unbelievable.
