How many of you have tinnitus/hearing loss because of using headphones/loud music over the years? Did you do something about it? If you don't have those, how did/do you avoid getting them? (programming.dev)

I damaged my hearing when I was a kid, blasting out music from a Walkman. Digital devices tend to have limiters on, so I try not to override those, plus I listen to a lot more Ambient stuff nowadays.
