Very misleading title.

"Despite this method seemingly providing a free gateway to unrestricted Windows 11 and Windows 10 keys, there is actually a catch. The keys generated were generic license keys, which means that while they will allow you to install or upgrade Windows, the resulting version of the operating system will be restricted and some features will be limited."

It's just pulling freely available upgrade keys from it's training.

Not entirely, because those generic keys are still needed to do the upgrade and after upgrading you could use something like the Microsoft Activation Scripts to fully activate the upgraded windows.

Pretty handy! imo

Still darn useful IMO. Purchasing a version upgrade from the MS store is typically cheaper than buying a retail key bundle. Plus the people who would just as readily use this as an in to verify their windows edition in unofficial ways.
