Welcome to our virtual third place, The Café.
Come on in and make a new human connection over a cup of coffee (or Teh Tarik). This is a casual community, do whatever you want, share your oyen pics, your frustrations, and even organize a weekend picnic with the community. The world is your oyster.
Rules are simple, be kind and civil with each other. As with any other café, rude patrons will be kicked out.

Update: I'm going home. The pain is unbearable.
Hope it gets better soon :(
Fingers crossed it does, because I can't bear the pain
Dang. Rest well wee. Got med?
Got, antibiotics. Gonna pop Ponstan when I'm home. I don't think Panadol would be sufficient
Yo Ponstan and antihistamine are my go to meds when my sinuses are acting up.
How you doing now?
Just vegetating. It's not as painful, but can still feel it. How's Johor?
Hope you get better soon.
It's alright, traffic is much much crazier than KL but the roads are less confusing. Haven't have the chance to explore outside JB yet, maybe when my car is finished.
Thanks dude. A good night rest helps, the pain has subsided pretty much.
Your car is back in the workshop? I've never been to Johor much, but from my impression, it seems like a place that is only accessible through cars. Hopefully your car will be fixed soon
Happy to hear that.
My car just needed a set of rims and tires and front bumper. Probably can finish it next month. Thankfully the place I'm staying have a bus stop nearby, it's just one stop to my workplace. Pretty bored on my free time though but my friend who is a local sometimes ajak lepak around JB.
That's nice. Is your accommodation sourced by your company? And it's good you have a local friend who can introduced you around. How do you like it compared to Klang?
Found it myself on Facebook, luckily it's close and cheap.
Bit of a nightmare to drive but the roads seems easier to remember compared to Klang. The workshop is great though, much smaller than Klang but I like the culture here compared to Klang, less politics and people are willing to help you.
Sounds like you landed at a great place to work. Why do you say it's a nightmare to drive?
People here are relentless, in KL people would give way and there's somewhat order. It's chaos here, people don't give way you have to b aggressive too.
That explains Johor drivers in Klang Valley.
