I had similar a while back, was given a steroid injection and put in plaster to completely immobilise my leg . Had to use crutches, Then lots of physio.

You have tried all that?

Have done loads of physio, have had the voltaren when docs decided to just drug me up when I first came to them for the issue. But I've mostly been doing loads of physio and workouts, and it just sometimes doesn't feel like it's getting any better ๐Ÿ˜ญ
