Someone I spoke to infrequently messaged me out of the blue on discord the other day seeking a 'second opinion'.

'Here we go' I think. 'This should be good.'

Them: Do you think it's a good idea to travel to another country to visit a boy who just blocked me on discord?

'Good' wasn't even in the same universe as how insane that question was.

You might need to explain the definition of stalker to them.

That's... kind of amazing in the weirdest way. Did they come up with reasons as to why they think it could possibly be a good idea?!

[–] danwritesbooks@aussie.zone 1 points 1 year ago

They wanted to see them. Not in a romantic way. Just because they'd been talking for 3 years.

Insane and almost entertaining.

I’d be wondering how that is even remotely a good idea and what the reasoning behind that is.

What was your response to this person who asked you for your opinion?

[–] danwritesbooks@aussie.zone 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

I said I'm not even going to bother answering that.

They claimed it's not even a romantic reason. They'd been speaking to them for 3 years and they 'wanted to see them'.

Oh ok. Very bizarre.
