Jerboa is a native-android client for Lemmy, built using the native android framework, Jetpack Compose.

Warning: You can submit issues, but between Lemmy and lemmy-ui, I probably won't have too much time to work on them. Learn jetpack compose like I did if you want to help make this app better.

Is there currently any way to create feeds like multireddits out of particular subscriptions? I'm missing my news/world news/politics multi!

Since I got to Jerboa, I'm surprised to learn how many people used multireddits. That functionality always seemed perfunctory. I always used different accounts for different types of content.

I also used RES, so switching accounts was seamless. Maybe it's more hassle without RES.

Speaking of RES, I'll digress here and gripe about Reddit. That software makes the site much more usable, but rather than adopt and integrate its features, Reddit just made no changes

Instead, they started implementing features that nobody was asking for, culminating with the site re-design.

Without old.reddit, I would probably have left years ago

I never used them with Reddit, but because there are so many small, new communities here that get little posts - you really have to combine them to get any meaningful amount of posts for one subject.
