I've been wanting to replace my xm4 pads, but I usually go for big, weird 3rd party ones.

I have Dekoni earpads now, they are available on wodaudio: https://shop.wodaudio.com/produkt/dekoni-ersatz-ohrpolster-sony-wh1000xm4/

I especially like the "Choice Suede" variant, because it's so fluffy and feels nice. The original leather ones from Sony get very sweaty on hot days and are just unbearable.

Wod Audio makes better ones that cost less :)

...and now that I looked on their website again, I noticed that they also started manufacturing gray variants. HOORAY!
