Sorry for the separate thread, but maybe it gives some people a little Boost to support the dev.

Like many others have said; it feels like home again and i can finally delete some (not all, just in case) other apps from my phone.

how do you buy boost? on the play store it still just says "registered" for me?

The dev made a featured post. In there, you will find a special link to the beta testing part. So, ignore the boost app where it says you registered. Just follow the link in the Lemmy post (pinned at the top)

Look for the pinned post that the dev made; in it you'll find a special link to go to the beta access. So, ignore the 'ordinary' boost for lemmy link where you can register. Hope this helps!

Btw, you can't login with 2Fa.

There was a user, don't remember who, who said:

For anyone unable to login due to 2FA: a workaround for now is to login elsewhere, disable 2FA, login to Boost, then re-enable 2FA. Bit of a pain because you get a new token but as long as you don't log out of Boost it appears to stick.
