Why does the leader of the Conservative Party of Canada refuse to get a security clearance to see classified documents. He is the first to scream about being left out, but this is entirely up to him. I suspect there is something that would prevent him from getting a security clearance and he does not want us to know. Or perhaps he is under the control of a foreign power..... #Canada #SquintyMcProudBoy

He should already have a security clearance working in government. Not being able to get one or not being willing to get one should disqualify you from office.

He should already have a security clearance working in government.

He almost certainly has a security clearance (likely "Reliable"), but it probably needs to be upgraded (probably "Top Secret", maybe just "Secret"). Security clearances are pursued based on what's necessary, not what a person is "eligible" for.
