You can see who downvoted a post or a comment. How does this translate to other fediverse instances, such as Mastodon? (kbin.social)

I'm quite new to the fediverse, and noticed that on kbin you can actually see who downvoted a post or a a comment (and not only your own posts and comments), by clicking on the "activity" button.

My question is, how does this translate to Mastadon? I haven't seen a "reduce" button and was wondering if it is the same as "block" or "mute" on Mastodon?

I understand where you're coming from. However, I think that ultimately, it will cause more problems than it will solve.

Either people who have been downvoted will start calling out those who downvoted them or they will simply create a grudge list and start downvoting everyone who downvoted them.

While there might be some positive aspects, I think they will be overshadowed by the negative.
