I don't find it does much on its own other than Improve my sleep.
With it, the meds help more it seems.
My fun toxic trait is I snap at people when I'm stressed. You can imagine how that plays out when you're anxious 24/7
I've downgraded from alligator snapping turtle to red eared slider since meds
