EDIT: finally got one, my Noelle is now C4, just two more and the suffering will end 🥺

Niice - I was stuck at C4 between her last banner and this recent starglitter shop/banner.
I pulled 161 times on this banner (lost my Childe 50/50) and only got C6+C7 😬
