Now that the game is polished, and has a surprising amount of expansion packs, I would recommend going for it!
It is a bit of a marmite game. There will be people who, despite all the updates, still hate it. Definitely worth checking out though especially for sale price, and you can always refund it if 1h59m in you think it's still shit!
