Occasionally I get this scenario wher I subscribe or visit a community because I liked the posts. But it's empty, where when I use the web version of lemmy, I am able to see the posts. But in eternity it's empty.

How do I solve this?

Try changing the sort type. It seems to work for me.

I don't think its a bug, perhaps the low post count is affected by the sort type in some way.

Thanks I'll try that

Edit : you are correct, changing the sort type did produce some posts. One question though. What sorry type is equivalent to "all". So it will display all posts with only new to old sorting.

I don't know if there is any equivalent to "all", you can sort by "new" but I think it will only show new posts and not all new to old.

Maybe the dev, @bazsalanszky@lemmy.toldi.eu can give a help?

I don't think its a bug, perhaps the low post count is affected by the sort type in some way.

I've only encountered this behavior when there were no posts in the last x hours (for example, when the sort is set top 6 hours, but there were no posts in the last 6 hours).

So it will display all posts with only new to old sorting.

If you want to sort post in the chronological order, you need to set the sorting type to "new".
