This is not a legal issue, but a social one.
I think Marvel learned from Adult Swim's mistake (if you want to call it that), waiting on evidence presented in court before deciding whether or not to get rid of Jonathan Majors.
I'm frankly not that upset about Justin Roiland being gone from the show though because 1) He apparently has had limited control over the show over the past few years anyways 2) he reportedly has been caught dead-to-rights flirty with underage fans and 3) former coworkers have said that trying to work with him on Rick & Morty specifically was a harrowing and awful experience due to his childlike behavior.
Plus the sound-alikes are pretty good if the end of the teaser is any indication.
Meanwhile Solar Opposites just said "fuck it" and cast someone who doesn't sound like him at all, and came up with the most hilariously absurd reasoning behind the voice change.
I love that they did that. That introduction of their voices was hilarious!
