I'm from the UK and I'll interpret this to mean foreign language comedy.

Overall? It would be Les Vacances de Monsieur Hulot, but in terms of something a bit more recent, then a toss-up between Good Bye Lenin! and Delicatessen,

Wild Men is probably the most recent one that I have seen and enjoyed though.
