I got one too. I have a LifeLabs online account so I assume that's how they got my e-mail.
Ooh that may be it. I think i had set that up a year ago, used it once then forgot about it. Do you know if we have to do anything?
You yourself said it instructs you to contact one of their law offices. So.... if you want to opt into the class action suit, that's what you have to do.
It's the opposite way around. You need to contact them to opt out. That's what's has me confused. I'd expect an opt in.
I do plan to contact one of these firms just to get some answers, but i expect theyll be pretty busy amd take awhile. there's no mention of any kind of fee or paper work I'd need to provide.
That somone can just decide I am part of a lawsuit as a victim, that seems a bit violating.
Be sure to search for the firms yourself, don't use contact info sent via that email.
