Where did Pelia come from in that clip? There doesn't appear to be a door on that side of the room, and the camera is pointing in that direction when she starts talking off-screen.
Was she just hiding behind one of those columns?
technically, it’s a bulkhead, but I think she was meant to be sitting on one of those seats in the background.
it seems, though, that this is consistent with her character sort of popping up out of nowhere, as she often does, with her frequently being shown by a camera shift, revealing her standing just behind someone. I think it’s weird.
