That doesn't sound like a thing, or if it is, it doesn't sound like it would or should pay enough to live off of. I'm pretty clueless about what people do though.
Sounds like corpo speak for instagram thot.
It's a thing, sometimes you just need some minor help on your digital channels or you don't want to directly go to an agency/hire a FTE.
I don't know the COL in Portugal, but if it generally lower than the rest of Western Europe and she's receiving US rates from her work its definitely enough to live on.
