Hi all,

I just changed to SPD pedals (the mountain bike ones) from flat pedals. Fell about 6 times trying to learn how to use it. Any suggestions on how to get better at clipping in and out?

A great tip is to not rotate your feed, but rather let them lose and swing your lower legs outwards. This is a far less complex movement especially in emergency situations.

Other than that I'd just drive slowly on an empty road and clip and unclip all the time. If you do this 10 ten times per day for three days you should already feel far more confident.
