It goes beyond Republicans. It's all the right leaning insecure macho men that struggle to prove their manhood. So, they result to trivial shit like dick size and fearing someone thinking they're gay. Losers.
I am white but born and raised in a pacific islander nation around pacific islanders. There are no men on the planet more manly and tough than pacific islanders IMO. But they are also humble, caring, giving, loving, respectful and in general some of the best people you will ever meet in this life. Piss them off and watch a real warrior comes out.
This weird American macho thing is not tough at all. To me I just see a bunch of weak posers that if called out by a real man, most would cry and beg to not get beat.
But do they have small cocks?
Ah, see, being a "real warrior" is sadly not an evolutionary advantage, at least not in the last few thousands of years.
The reason those people you are talking about are not extinct is that they were lucky to live on a remote island.
They are not tough by themselves, however they are part of a societal system allowing them as a bunch to be stronger than those real men. Then that system kills or enslaves the real men, and members of this crowd can play the macho thing without being afraid of anything.
That's how this works. Some of my ancestors are from a nation a bit similar to your pacific islanders, only unfortunately not from an island.
Bingo. Reactionary politics and male insecurity are one and the same, because reactionary political movements are constantly in search of a justification for the established hierarchy because it lacks a logical one.
It is the political equivalent of "small dick energy"
Yes... even there, it has been colonized and the real power lies in the hands of rich white people who are not from the land. The whole colonization experience that nations all over the world have experienced though time has happened there too. Whether by complete genocide or by slowly taking over, using blood quantum and other things. It is genocide.
This idea of a "real man" is part of "this weird American macho thing".
The ven diagram of reactionary politics and male insecurity is a circle.
