Unfortunatly I can only find this one thesis project. The output voltage is enough to consider integrating with green walls.
If we as a whole society would switch gears we would be able to build green archtecture in the blink of an eye.

I think you would have to be very careful to make sure the roots didn't erode the wall.

Most moss is dead beside that which is on the surface in a proper mossy ecosystem like a bog. The dead layers act like a sponge. The problems would be mould, not roots.
